Meat Free Monday

In my search to find tasty tempting meat free recipes each Monday, I have been scouring online recipes. Invariably the most inventive and interesting come from blogs such as today’s recipe from Opera Girl, whose cooking is inspired by healthy whole foods.

Her take on traditional favourite, coleslaw, takes its inspiration from the Waldorf salad but with a twist – a sweet and tangy miso dressing.  Miso is a traditional Japanese seasoning and there is a wide variety available in stores.
