Weekly Round Up: The Christmas Day Edition
Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah my friends! I am having a very quiet day, which suits me just fine. It means I have time to check in with you all and see what the lead up to Christmas has been like for you.
Wendi is not a big fan of Christmas, and I have mixed feelings about it, so I appreciate that she writes an alternative view of the Holidays.
As always with Elizabeth, plenty to ponder on her blog this week.
Eileen receives a rather unique Holiday gift from her daughter.
Timely advice from Caroline on delegating some of those tiresome Holiday chores and Uzma shares tips for helping out friends and family with cancer at Christmas.
Philippa is on a Christmas adventure!
Delightfully delicious Christmas wishes to sink into the season from Terri
Drink a glass of wine without fear! Have a delicious desert dripping with chocolate with no worries. Breathe in some cold, fresh, winter air to put some pink in your cheeks and warmth in your soul. Play your favorite holiday tune and dance like nobody is watching or grab someone and dance with them. You are worth a day of indulgence.
Finally today, my heart is bursting with love for Catherine – I hope she can feel the outpouring of love, prayers, and support as she and her gorgeous husband face tough news this Christmas-time. Please join me in sending all our love and prayers to this special couple.
Until next week,
Let me leave you with this thought from Dawn to get you through the week to come:
Yours with much love

Marie, I too have mixed feelings about the holidays. Low key serves me best. Best wishes to you and a very happy new year. xo

Marie, wishing you a wonderful holiday. May the New Year bring you a great sense of peace, kindness and good health. I too have mixed feelings about the holidays. And it gets more complicated as I get older. But I’m still feeling grateful to be here. Thinking of those we’ve lost and their families. Wishing them well. xo
