Nice. Sometimes we do look beyond what’s in front of us, whether it’s something good we can see … or something not so great we might be able to work to change. Have a great week Marie and all who come here. Rachel

I travel to eat good food (or at least food gives my most vivid memories from trips). Though nothing beats home cooking and good company. 🙂 ~ Catherine

When I contemplate the night sky (which is quite difficult to do in a metropolitan area), I am overcome at its immensity, especially when I realize I am seeing only a fraction of what is “out there.” The universe is beyond comprehension.
Then when I contemplate the multitude of cells in my body (billions of this and that), I am overwhelmed at the complexity of the inner journey. I also am beyond comprehension.

dear marie,
this is a quote that really makes one think. we really are true marvels within ourselves. and i think it captures how hard we find it at times to really be good to ourselves and celebrate all that we are capable of, all the seemingly little miracles that take place every day – in our bodies, our minds and our hearts.
love, XOXO,
