Weekly Round-Up

Time for this week’s round-up of the best of the blog posts which I’ve rad over the past week. These are the posts that have moved me, taught me something, inspired me, and which I’ve wanted to share with you. Don’t forget if you have written a post which you would like readers to see, just leave a comment below.
A bumper end of review post from Jo who really knows how to pack in activities on behalf of the MBC community – what an inspiration.
Amy marks three years since the publication of her book Resurrection Lily.
A lovely uplifting message from Connie as she gently encourages us to let go of that which no longer serves us.
Abigail remembers Ilene in her latest post about the healing circle that I know meant so much to her.
Carolyn is coming to terms with a new diagnosis of osteoarthritis.
Episode 14 of Terri‘s superb podcast has landed in which she discusses with her guests new innovations in breast reconstruction.
Tips on Surviving Breast Cancer on protecting your heart and vitality with targeted nutrition.
Jennifer shares her choice of words and focus for the year ahead – see also Dee‘s latest post featuring Suleika Jaoud’s reframing of New Year’s resolutions by writing her way through a five-part series of lists.
Finally this week, I leave you with some words from Audrey:
“January. In a month when you can be anything, be kind!”
Yours in love and kindness

Thank you dear Marie for this week’s Round-Up list (love the snow angel image you chose, BTW). And special thanks for including my current post about my new arthritis diagnosis. This is what our doctors call “co-morbidities” – when we live with more than one serious medical condition. It’s a whole new world for me – and I don’t like it! 😦
Take care, stay safe out there. . . ♥

I read your latest post with great interest Carolyn – lately I’ve been having trouble with my knees and wondering if this is a foretaste of arthritis to come!
