X is for Xanadu

I’m almost at the end of my A to Z and I admit I was tempted to skip today’s letter. There are certainly words beginning with X but gosh, it’s a struggle to find one that fits the theme of this blog, but here goes. I’ve settled on Xanadu.

 

Xanadu is described as “an idyllic, beautiful place.” I’ve been lucky that I have visited some beautiful places around the world and stayed in some luxury hotels,  but while this has been a wonderful experience, it’s sharing this experience with a loved one that really makes it special.
