Weekly Round Up
Time for this week’s round-up of the best of the blog posts which I’ve read over the past week. These are the posts that have moved me, taught me something, inspired me, and which I’ve wanted to share with you. Don’t forget if you have written a post which you would like readers to see, just leave a comment below.
Just one week left to Christmas and I am acutely aware that this is not always a happy healthy or peaceful time for many. So please read some timely and helpful advice from Nancy on coping with grief during the Holidays. You might also like to read Tracy‘s blog on losing her mother and finding Christmastime hard in the intervening years. ABC‘s post on grieving mindfully, and JoAnn‘s lovely thoughts on caring for those we love through the “Ring Theory”.
What should you wear to chemo infusions? Wendi offers some tips.
Becky celebrates two years cancer-free.
A beautiful testament to love and support written by Rebecca this week.
As always much to ponder on and take away from Elizabeth‘s latest blog on bearing reality.
Becki McGuinness is launching a campaign for the awareness of issues relating to cancer and fertility called “The Vicious Cycle Campaign” and she is also using the hashtag 💔 #HiddenHeartache on Twitter. Read her blog to find out more on this.
Well that seems like a shorter edition of the weekly round-up than usual! Who have I missed out? Please let me know in the comments below.
Until next week,
Yours with love

Hi Marie! Thank you for another Round-Up and for including my latest post. I hope you’re having a restful weekend. Ready for the holidays? I am not. But I am trying to focus more on self care, especially for 2017 (2016 was not a very kind year). I hope you’re trying to be kind to yourself as well. xoxo

Hi Rebecca, I really love your reminder to focus on self-care – it’s not something I am very good at for myself, but I am really grateful for the reminder xxx
