The Five Minute Favor

Have you heard of the Five Minute Favor?

After a decade of research for his best selling book, Give and Take, Wharton professor of management, Adam Grant recommends this deceptively simple practice.

Take just five minutes (or less) to do something for someone else, without expecting anything in return.

I love this idea and it got me thinking, what can I do for someone online today.

Is there a blog post I can share for you?  Something you would like me to retweet on Twitter? Would you like me to read and comment on something you have written lately? Perhaps introduce you to someone online?

Tell me what small way can I help you today?

Tweet me @JBBC or leave a comment below and I’ll be happy to do you the favor.   And if you are on Twitter tag me with the hashtag #FiveMinuteFavor

What do you think? Are you with me? Let’s start a movement!
