Health Activist Writer’s Month Challenge Day 9 #HAWMC
Day nine of the WEGO Health Activist Writer’s Month which I have signed up for – a month dedicated to the art of writing about health. Today’s writing prompt.
Write (and create) your own Keep Calm and Carry On poster.
Thoughts on Today’s Challenge
Ok, so it’s not an original idea, but it is exactly right for me. As I’ve written here before – writing about my journey beyond cancer has been the single most empowering and healing thing I have done. So long as I can keep writing, I really can stay calm…and carry on!

Would you like to join me in the Health Activist Writer’s Month Challenge (HAWMC)?
It’s not too late to join in the challenge!
Marie,
Cancer, loss, even good things in our lives sometimes require us to remain calm and carry on. Writing about our feelings is a great tool to help us process feelings, get centered and stay the course. Love this concept. Thank you.
XOXOXO,
Brenda
