Health Activist Writer’s Month Challenge Day 7 #HAWMC
Day seven of the WEGO Health Activist Writer’s Month which I have signed up for – a month dedicated to the art of writing about health. Today’s prompt:
Health Activist Choice! Write about what you want today.
So today, is a free choice day and because my brain is a little fried this morning, I am not going to write anything, but instead share with you this wonderful quote from Maya Angelou, which when I read it this morning, made me think of so many cancer survivors who are living embodiments of these words.
So go forth from here now, and thrive, discover your passion, be compassionate not just to others, but to yourselves, and do it all in your own inimitable style!
Yep, has to be added to the Positivity List hanging on wall!

I love the company of those who have lived through assault to body, mind or spirit, and who choose to come through the experience enlightened by it. This quote by Maya Angelou really sums it up.
