Marie, thank you so much for this important information. Because chemo pushed me through menopause, I am a candidate for osteoporosis. After chemo treatment I was osteopenic, but I was able to bring my hip and spine bone densities into the normal range for my age through a combo of Vitamin D, calcium, walking, running, lifting weights and weekly Fosamax.
