Weekly Round Up

girl_with_lassoTime for this week’s round-up of the best of the blog posts which I’ve read over the past week. These are the posts that have moved me, taught me something, inspired me, and which I’ve wanted to share with you. Just click on the highlighted links to read the posts. If you have written a post which you would like readers to see, just leave a comment below.

Does it seem perhaps that I am promoting the same blogs each week? Well I have two things to say to that.

Firstly, this weekly round-up is all about highlighting the best of the blogs around, and these are consistently the best!

Secondly..come meet Terri. This week, I discovered a Fresh Chapter written by a beautiful young woman called Terri who is making her own journey beyond breast cancer. Her writing is beautiful and moving and I hope you will take the time to check out her blog and perhaps leave your comments of support.

Do you remember guest blogger Lauren? She writes her own blog After Five Years and this week wrote a wonderful post on the language we use to describe cancer. It’s a great read – do check it out.

Our dear friend Brenda is still grieving the loss of her beloved husband, and has been having a tough time lately but she has still managed to write a beautiful meditation on life’s travails.

In Women with Cancer, Jody has written a very pertinent post on how to handle those situations when friends get bad news.

Finally, let me leave you with this beautiful post from Where There’s a Wool, a meditation on creativity, life and beauty. Enjoy!
