Friday Round Up

Time for this week’s round-up of the best of the blog posts which I’ve read over the past week. These are the posts that have moved me, taught me something, inspired me, and which I’ve wanted to share with you. Remember, if you have written or read a post recently which you would like me to share with readers, then leave a comment below.

It is Christmas Eve and as often happens us at this time of year, we turn our thoughts inwards and reflect on Christmasses past and the year that has gone by.

Britta from Cinco Vidas has been reflecting on the five most valuable lessons she learned in 2010 and asks what are some of yours?

Debbie has written a very moving post this week on her memories of being diagnosed with breast cancer one week before Christmas four years ago. I certainly understand the memories this will trigger, having started my first round of chemotherapy one week before Christmas 2004. Please read her thoughtful post and show her your support.

Make sure you check out Jody Schoger’s seasonal post on self-care for the holiday season. A beautiful reflection with some great advice for all of us who feel the stress of Christmastime get to us.

Finally, all that remains is for me to wish you all a peaceful, joyous and healthy Christmas and to thank you for the kindness, support and love you have shown me over the good times and the sad times of the past year. Looking forward to journeying some more with you next year.
