National Cancer Survivors Day
The 22nd National Cancer Survivors Day® takes place this Sunday, 7 June, 2009. It is an annual, worldwide Celebration of Life that is held in hundreds of communities throughout the United States, Canada, and other participating countries. Participants unite in a symbolic event to show the world that life after a cancer diagnosis can be a reality.
The non-profit National Cancer Survivors Day Foundation supports hundreds of hospitals, support groups, and other cancer-related organizations that host National Cancer Survivors Day events in their communities by providing free guidance, education and networking.

JBBC,
The link you posted to National Cancer Survivor’s Day needs the .org ending to connect to the link. Thought you’d want to update it on your site.

JBBC,
Thank you for your kind words regarding my blog post entitled “Reflections – One Year Later”.
It would be an honor to have my piece appear on your “inspirational writings” section of your blog. Let me know what you need from me to make that happen. I wrote it in the hope that it will inspire those in treatment and struggeling to recover and move beyond the cancer experience.
