Time for this week’s round-up of the best of the blog posts which I’ve read over the past week. These are the posts that have moved me, taught me something, inspired me, and which I’ve wanted to share with you. Don’t forget if you have written a post which you would like readers to see, just leave a comment below.

Susan and Nancy‘s first posts of the new year find both in fine fighting form.

Cathy is starting a new three-part series sharing insights and highlights from “Cancer Survivorship Lifestyle Guidelines: Time for Action.” In part 1 she looks at the relationship between body weight, exercise and breast cancer.

The warmest of welcomes back to the blogosphere to Katy.

Physician-patient relationships are up for discussion this week on Barbara‘s blog.

Connie‘s latest post looks at cutting out different types of clutter from our lives.

Karin shares the lessons she has learned about how to find inner balance.

Ilene is figuring her way out of a difficult situation and time.

This week Terri discusses medical comorbidities and how they relate to healing and outcomes in breast reconstruction.

Janet explores the science behind the much-debated link between sugar and cancer.

Super post from Isabel on patient partnership in research.

Chris tackles cancer poverty in his latest post.

Tammy shares lovely family pictures of Christmas – and an update on her progress.

Finally this week it’s been really hard to read Susan Rosen‘s daughter’s update as Susan enters hospice.

Mom is dying. It’s the awful truth. She’s not losing a fight or a battle, she hated when people said that about others who died of MBC. Mom is ending her journey with MBC, and damn did she show us all how to live with what happens in our lives.

Until next week,

May you show the world how to live with fire in your belly and love in your heart,

Yours always
