Hi Jennifer thank you for sharing your thoughts, it takes courage to question and speak up.
I understand women in this space are getting to know me still and it is my desire to continue to build community.
Each of the speakers provides value which is beneficial for upgrading health holistically in some many areas of life. I wanted to be able to give that value to the breast cancer survivors community as well so the event was provided free of charge to anyone who saw the value for themselves.
I do hope you can see the benefit and care that comes from providing a range of speakers and collective wisdom for the breast cancer community.

I don’t see a way to register just the “upgrade to unlimited” offer. I’m sure all the women who have been interviewed have wonderful stories & I appreciate their contributions; however, it seems deceiving.

Hi Deborah, thanks for letting me know this. I know that the recordings were free for a limited time with an option to purchase an upgrade which made the recordings accessible anytime. I am sorry you were frustrated in your efforts to register but I can assure you that I would never endorse anything here on the blog that I felt was deceptive.

Hi jennifer, I do understand that this is not for everyone, and as I always say here on the blog, that’s ok. We all find our own path through this experience. However, for some people this type of event is empowering and helps them get back on on track with their lives. I can vouch that Terri is a very genuine and caring person who has done amazing work not just in her own life but to enrich the lives of other cancer survivors. I’m not sure why the registration process wasn’t working as I am simply being interviewed and am not part of putting the Empowered Living Series together. However, I know Gai Comans who created the series has made sure that each of her interviews can be viewed for free for the first 24 hours.
In terms of my story, a volunteer trip to Africa helped me heal after breast cancer and inspired the Fresh Chapter Alliance Foundation. Our mission is to inspire possibility, purpose, and connection in cancer patients and survivors through volunteering and bucket-list adventures. I know these programs won’t resonate with everyone, which is absolutely ok. My goal is simply to provide connection for patients and survivors in a unique way while also giving back to communities at home and around the world.
I wish you both all the very best in your journeys.

Deborah, my sincerest apologies the sign up box for the series was unavailable for a short period of time and has now been corrected.
I was lucky to met both Teri and Marie when I interviewed them for two guides for breast cancer survivors, earlier in the year. I was inspired by Teri’s story of empowerment and support for helping other breast cancer survivors heal in a very unique way.
I invited Teri back for this series as I felt her story would be of value to survivors looking for alternatives to find their way through survivorship.
