I am who I am a survivor a mother a young grandmother which I love and most off all a fighter to have my 2 feet planted on this earth for quite a few years more.
My Cancer though me who I am and what I would achieve from this journey which was sometime lonely sad regrets but now I am a piece with myself most off the times lol
I am fortunate my triple negative breast cancer did not strike until my children were grown. I lost my Mother to breast , lung cancer when I was 9 yrs old and my sister was 7 and brother just5 yrs old. They did not even know there were different types years ago. I AM fortunate to benefit from all of the medical advances we now have, I try to always look on the bright side !
". . .and the world cannot be discovered by a journey of miles, no matter how long, but only by a spiritual journey, a journey of one inch, very arduous and humbling and JOYFUL, by which we arrive at the ground at our own feet, and learn to be at home."

Wow, this is harder than it might seem… hmmm…
I am “evolving.” Yes, I’ll go with that. Hopefully I’m “evolving” mostly in a good way!
Great fun to read the responses, by the way!

almost finished my 5 years of post-treatment medication 🙂 I am also able to go through a day, now and then, when I don’t think about cancer.
